The Universal Power Bank Elite is capable of charging almost any electronic device just plug any USB-A/USB-C to micro-USB, USB-C or Lightning (not limited to these 3 types). It comes with a built-in USB-C and lighting cables. It is also capable of charging any Qi wireless enabled device. Please note the maximum output is 36W and therefore it will not be enough power for laptops.

USB-C/PD Compatibility

The Universal Power Bank Elite can rapidly charge all compatible USB-C PD devices at 20W max. Simply plug in a USB-C to Micro USB, USB-C or Lightning cable (not limited to those 3 types) into your smart device and watch your electronic device come back to life.

How many charges can I get from the Universal Power Bank Elite?

The Universal Power Bank Elite has a battery capacity of 10,000mAh. The number of charges will depend on the capacity of the device you are charging.

For example:

If you're charging a device with a 3000mAh battery: 10000mAh (power bank capacity) / 3000mAh (device battery capacity) ≈ 3.33 charges. When you consider real-world usage, there will be roughly 35% energy losses during transfer and charging inefficiencies.

Therefore the actual charge capability would be 3.33 charges minus 35% ≈ 2.16 Charges.

How many devices can I charge at once?

The Universal Power Bank Elite has the ability to charge up to 5 devices at one time when plugged into the power outlet. However, the maximum output is 36W, the more devices that are charging simultaneously, the less power each individual device will receive.

Can I take the Universal Power Bank Elite on the plane?

Can I charge a laptop with the Universal Power Bank Elite?

The Universal Power Bank Elite will charge your laptop (We tried it and it does) BUT it is NOT advised to do so because many laptops have power adaptors that provide 45W - 65W, or even higher power outputs. The Universal Power Bank Elite only has a maximum output of 22.5W.
